Andrew Hewitt is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has a diverse background, from working as an EMT/Paramedic to serving in ICU and ER departments. Andrew’s passion for mental health drives his work. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting Funko Pops, cooking, and sharing dad jokes.

Jennifer Hewitt

Jennifer Hewitt, RN, BSN

Jennifer “Jenny” Hewitt is a registered nurse and co-founder of Caliper Wellness. Her career spans roles as an EMT, Paramedic, and volunteer firefighter. Jenny loves kayaking, spending time with family and friends, and living by the motto, “Dance and sing as if no one is watching.”

Karen Schwartz is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more. Karen enjoys family time, reading, and crocheting.

Yvette Triana is a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in Marriage and Family therapy. Fluent in English and Spanish, she helps clients of all ages with a range of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Yvette enjoys reading, watching Doctor Who, and spending time outdoors.

When she’s not working, Hailee enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s a cozy night in or an outdoor adventure. She values quality time with her loved ones, further reflecting her belief in the importance of support and connection.

Haley Bland

Haley Bland, LCSW

Haley is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. Haley specializes in addiction, mental health, and trauma work. Haley has worked in a variety of roles in the past including crisis management/acute psychiatric care, residential and outpatient treatment counseling, and coordinating wrap-around services for various case management needs. She specializes in narrative based therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.

Haley is a Registered Nurse (BSN) with 7 years of nursing experience and a 19-year career in healthcare, including a significant focus on managing difficult or non-healing wounds. For the past 6 years, she has been dedicated to the specialized field of wound care and holds a wound care certification.

Her passion lies in continuously seeking and implementing strategies to improve healing outcomes, even for the most challenging wounds.

Margot Krahn is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. She focuses on building trusting, empathetic relationships and creating a safe, supportive space for individuals on their mental health journey. Margot’s approach considers the whole person—valuing their experiences, environment, and personal goals. Her passion lies in combining evidence-based practices with compassionate care to help individuals achieve lasting mental wellness and improve their overall quality of life.

Ansley Walters, Admin Assistant

Ansley is a graduate of Mitchell High School. She takes her role as an Administrative Assistant for the practice, seriously. Her my goal is to provide seamless support for both our patients and our staff. She shares in the responsibilities of billing and collections and assists with scheduling new patient visits. She excels at offering comprehensive staff support to keep our operations running efficiently. She approaches every task with a friendly demeanor and a strong eagerness to help, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and cared for. When she is not in the office, she loves to unwind by going fishing.

With over 30 years in production and office management, Jon has a proven track record of driving growth and boosting employee retention. His focus is on building associate-driven teams by teaching, motivating, and guiding staff through daily tasks, customer concerns, and service knowledge. “I don’t know” or “Let me check with my manager” are never acceptable responses for him. Since joining Caliper, Jon has dedicated himself to training, education, and adapting services to meet real patient needs, always striving for outstanding staff, service, and support.

Amy Moreland, RN

Amy Moreland is a registered nurse with 16 years of experience, including 13 years in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room. Known for her dedication, loyalty, and passion for helping others, Amy brings a compassionate and steady presence to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sunsets, spending time with visiting family, and tackling home projects.
